Comentis is used by a growing number of organisations to help them better support the needs of all their customers.
If you have been asked to complete on of our surveys, we wanted to provide some information on what they are and how the information collected is used.
Comentis was set up by financial services and clinical experts to support firms in identifying the broad range of needs their customers might have, enabling them to deliver the most suitable service. Companies use our surveys for a number of reasons, such as helping them meet their regulatory obligations or ensuring they are best placed to support you.

We will carry out our duty of case surveys on behalf of our clients to see if they need to provide you any additional support and this is the only way any data collected is used.
