CASE STUDY - DARTFORD AND GRAVESHAM NHS TRUST

Dartford & Gravesham approached us asking us to provide practical training aimed at Band 5 and 6 ward nurses who lacked the confidence to undertake assessments on patients. A large proportion of staff come from abroad, meaning they are not conversant with the MCA (2005). This all put pressure on support staff and impacted on discharge management.

Our mental capacity training videos provide the ideal solution for their staff as they are able to access the training from their own e-learning platform, at a time most suitable to them, and with unlimited access they were able to open the training to a wide group of staff.
