As part of our ongoing drive to create more sector specific assessments, we are delighted to announce the launch of our latest assessment supporting advisers in the later life lending space, in partnership with Simply later Life, the later life lender club from SimplyBiz.
Following on from the launch of our dedicated mortgage assessment at the end of last year, our new assessment is even more focussed on this potentially higher risk product higher, not least driven by the demographics of those who can take out Equity Release products.
Clearly not all equity release borrowers are vulnerable, but with cognitive decline having an impact on people from a younger age, the need to be sure to identify any potential cognitive based vulnerabilities are identified and supported is key.
We are also delighted to have launched our new assessment in collaboration with Simply later Life, who are continually looking at ways they can support their members. Like all our partnerships, we are sure this launch represents just the start of our collaboration and we are looking forward to building out our services to SimplyBiz members and the Later Life lending market.
