Monday marked the start of SimplyBiz's vulnerability week, focussing on providing practical support and guidance to advisers.
The week provides a range of events and content pulled from a number of partners, including Comentis. As well as getting Tim to share some guides and tips on how to support vulnerable customers, there are also sessions from the Vulnerability taskforce and what impact Consumer Duty is likely to have on vulnerability. There are also a number of webinars hosted by Tim and the team from just amongst others.
